This foggy lighthouse is the Rose Blanche Light in Canada. The Rose Blanche Lighthouse was built in 1873. Its age shows in its quaint construction. Some sailors and locals complained that the granite construction of the lighthouse caused it to bend into the fog, so the sides facing the ocean were painted with red and white stripes, which cannot be seen form this angle. The foggy lighthouse is somewhat hard to see though— it is understandable why the stripes had to be painted on.
