These two brown bear cubs enjoy a moment of well-earned relation on the banks of the Chilkoot River after spending the day learning to fish. After concluding the lesson, the mother of the cubs went back out into the river to catch more fish, since the young bears did not succeed at catching any for themselves. The brown bear cubs will remain dependent on their mother for food for at least one more year.
